Something wrong on a ride?
A closed path, a road busier than it looks, gravel where it says paved, a fountain that's gone: please tell me. The most useful report says:
- which ride (the link is best),
- where: the kilometre on the profile, or a nearby place,
- which way round you were riding,
- when you were there, and what you saw. A photo helps.
I read every report. If it holds up, I fix the ride or the map data. How rides are checked and corrected is in the review policy.
Anything else
A city you'd like next, a ride you love that's missing, or an idea for the site: write any time. To ask for a city, you can also search for it on the home page; each search counts.
What happens to your email
I use what you send to reply and to fix the ride. I don't add you to a mailing list or share your address. If you send a photo, I'll ask before I publish it. Ask me to delete your message and I will. More in the privacy notice.
