Explore this modelled ride. Check the route and current conditions before riding.
Rides are joined where they pass nearest you.
Your whole outing, with time for stops. All rides start and finish at the Arc de Triomf.
Drinking water is mapped at 8 points; the longest stretch without is 1.1 km (km 3.5–4.6).
Places are from OpenStreetMap within 60 m of the route (300 m for a landmark such as a château or museum), and climbs from the modelled profile. Nothing here is checked on the ground and opening hours are not known. A good place to stop has food and water or toilets together, nearest the middle of the ride.
4.9 km · 24 m climbing · 24 m descending.
Busier roads (model stress 3–4): 2% of the distance. Steepest modelled 500 m: 2.3%. Unknown surface: 1%.

Rides are modelled from OpenStreetMap and terrain data and are not field-checked yet. Times here are estimates at a sporty pace. Catalogue access does not mean a ride fits your ability or available time. Low traffic stress includes quiet/shared streets, not just separated paths. Check current conditions before you go. Rides start on the bike track of Passeig de Lluís Companys, just south of the Arc de Triomf. Bikes are not allowed on pavements in Barcelona; the rides keep to bike tracks, streets and paths open to bikes. The seafront promenades at Barceloneta and the Fòrum are shared with walkers and are crowded on summer afternoons: ride slowly. The Besòs river park closes after heavy rain, when the river rises. The climbs to Montjuïc and the Bunkers del Carmel are steep in places. Montjuïc castle charges admission; the ride stops outside it. Collserola natural park is closed for African swine fever until at least the end of 2026. Its asphalt roads stay open. The rides to Tibidabo, Sant Cugat and Molins de Rei keep to those roads: stay on the road and its verge, and do not ride the park’s tracks or paths. These roads carry traffic and are busy at weekends. Riding is best from March to June and from September to November.
